Job description
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform calibration of electrical, mechanical, thermal, pressure, and dimensional instruments as per defined schedules.
- Ensure calibration activities comply with ISO, NABL, GMP, FDA, and other applicable standards.
- Maintain and update calibration records, certificates, and logs accurately.
- Identify out-of-tolerance instruments and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with external calibration agencies and verify third-party calibration certificates.
- Prepare and update calibration procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Support internal and external audits by providing calibration-related documentation.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and status identification of calibrated instruments.
- Assist in instrument qualification, validation, and re-calibration planning.
- Follow safety, quality, and documentation practices at all times.
- Candidate needs to plan and execute work in lab as well as site. Should have knowledge of calibration of instrument of thermal/ Mechanical / Electro technical and Process validation & mapping.
- Should have a valid driving license.
Experience & Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- BE/Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, IC, Electrical, Electronic
Professional Experience:
- 3 to 5 years (Freshers may also apply)
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
