Job description
Primary Responsibilities
- Face the client and regulatory audit as and when required.
- Updating changes and liaising with various departments to implement new changes.
- Ensures that all assigned client projects are completed in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner and transmitted to clients as required.
- Coordinates with translators to resolve translation issues.
- Composes or generates a variety of materials like but not limited to training, Internal Audit, Client Feedback etc.
- Quality Assurance (QA) of technical terms
- SOP preparation and review of the SOP.
- Perform signing procedure as and when required.
- Do archiving of necessary documents as and when required.
- Give training to the other team members as and when required.
- Issuance of the documents and SOP’s.
- Controlling the documents.
- Archive, Retrieve, Re- archive and Destruct the document.
- Liaise with clients to discuss any points like but not limited to finance, legal and project communication.
- Document Checking and proofread and edit the documents as and when required.
- Document Issuance and receiving.
- Proving Training to other members as and when required.
- Responsible for facility management.
- To maintain the ethical Practices
- Handling the client audit, regulatory audit or system audit and facility audit.
- Consult with experts in specialist areas as required.
- Other Work allotted by Head – QA / Designee.
Experience & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in translation or localization.
- Strong knowledge of translation quality standards and QA processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and linguistic accuracy.
- Familiarity with QA tools, CAT tools and style guides.
- Ability to review, evaluate, and provide clear feedback on translations.
