Job description
Primary Responsibilities
- Archive, Retrieve, Re- archive and Destruct the document.
- Liaise with clients to discuss any points like but not limited to archives, retrieves, rearchive, finance, legal and project communication.
- Document Issuance and receiving.
- Document Checking and proofread and edit the documents as and when required.
- Proving Training to other members as and when required.
- Responsible for facility management
- Responsible for environmental conditions of facility.
- To maintain the ethical practices into the work.
- Handling the client audit, regulatory audit or system audit and facility audit.
- Internal document archival as and when needed.
- Consult with experts in specialist areas as required.
Experience & Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
Professional Experience:
- 1-2 years’ experience in:
- (a) Document Control and Archival management.
- (b) Clinical, pharmaceutical, CRO or regulated environments.
Hands-on experience with:
- Regulatory documentation (Clinical, legal, financial records)
- Internal and external audits (client, regulatory, system, facility audits).
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of document lifecycle management (Issuance, retrieval, archiving, destruction)
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (ISO, SOP compliance)
Soft Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities
- Ability to train members when required.
- Capability to work independently and consult subject-matter experts as needed.
